I have to put into force several Acts to save the people and country

Reluctantly, but I am compelled to enforce several code of acts to save the country and people, said President Mahinda Rajapakse.

We were against the Prevention of Terrorism Act. But today in order to save the country and people, I have to reinforce several sections of the PTA, the President said further.
